Located in the super luxury Gaysorn mall, iStudio/Gaysorn was designed to be the most luxurious Apple store in Thailand featuring highly personalized customer service. The store design was developed after studying the customer experience at a number of many luxury retailers which resulted in the removal of the cash desk and the creation of a large consultation table, where customers may sit comfortably while staff brings products to them from around the store for demonstration. The ambiance of luxury is evoked through dramatic lighting, less wood than the standard iStudio, and through the addition of polished stainless steel.
