Targeting Thonglor hipsters, Mellow is a casual, indoor-outdoor bistro featuring food & drinks, and live jazz. To achieve the feel of an artist's studio-loft, the two-story structure was stripped down and exposed, and large industrial style windows were installed. The interiors were designed to achieve casual comfort, and the ability to present frequently changing art exhibitions. Both levels feature a distressed red brick wall and comfortable leather and natural wood furniture. The second floor features a large open-air balcony.
