Modernist developer Ananda, asked Whitespace to leverage design to connect with first time Condo buyers in Bangkok. To keep prices affordable, ‘serious’ fitness centers, co-working cafes, and sleek shared living spaces were created to help offset smaller unit sizes. With numerous developments along Bangkok’s transit lines and more in planning, Ananda is clearly connecting with Bangkok’s new generation of customers.
