P&F Super Drug wanting to give its brand and retail stores a contemporary update sought out Whitespace to create a renewed sense of purpose and clarity in its message.
In order to provide a smooth and effortless customer experience, the stores fixtures and floor plan were redesigned and simplified. The new design allows customers to easily search for products by category or by brand, or to contact staff for assistance at the wall-length service counter. Minimal implementation of graphics and color were used to reinforce P&F’s message of hygiene, clinical professionalism and customer service.
